This is an essential course for all Catholics who want to understand and live their life as God intended, to the fullest.

ALS has really helped me to reorient my journey as a "Catholic leader" to one as a "beloved child of God" before all things, and this process highlighted the many obstacles that are in the way - ones that I'd unknowingly placed on my own, or ones that were brought about by my past experiences. ALS has shone the spotlight on these previously-unilluminated areas of my life, and I'm now able to intentionally invite God into them.

The authenticity and openness of the sessions truly connected with me. I truly appreciated how vulnerable Ann has allowed herself to be and that made such an impact to the experience for me as a receiver. A Leader's Spirituality is an effective tool to deepen ones relationship with SELF, GOD and OTHERS.

It has been very insightful for me as each session led me to explore more deeply my own relationship with God. There was this attempt to integrate and unify the different layers of my life which I found an instructive and useful way to live more authentically and contemplatively. It felt like God was leading me to see areas in my life journey that needed greater attention and understanding with this personal vocation thing.

The experience has helped me gain more insights into myself and the various principles surrounding how human function. There are lots of resources available to support my spiritual and psychological growth so that I can be the person God meant for me to be. I found Ann's sharing very inspiring and encouraging. I feel more empowered to continue in my journey as I uncover more and more of the wonder of God and His plans for me.

I started this journey wanting to be more Christ-like as a leader. ALS did more than helped me think how I could be more Christ-like, it reconnected me to ME. To be a Christ-like leader, I have to understand the REAL ME inside and dealing with the wounds. It is a journey that I will continue as understanding ME and dealing with the DARK side takes a lot of courage!

Beginning to know myself and appreciating myself as a wonderful and unique creation of God. Conceptual becomes now more real. I start finding my choices and understanding clearer in my daily life. I find slight changes in me and feel that finally I have found the path and tools to live inside out through ALS.

I think the title of the course might have misled some people like myself (a housewife and mother) who instinctly think of leaders only in the context of their workplace. I think the contents of this course are relevant for anyone really, as it covers personal awareness and leadership in all states of life.

It is very rich in content. There were many parts of the course that stirred my heart as I listened to Ann's sharing. It has benefited me as I felt clearer of my mission at this stage of my life and could also look a some of my past reaction and emotions to events with greater understanding.

It was liberating to know that my personal relationship with God is more important than anything else - What God wants for me instead of what God wants of me! The discernment framework to discover new insights about myself and motivations was also wonderful.

ALS - helps me to understand myself- inner core, relationship with God. I am unique individual called by God to do the tasks given to me. Discernment helps me to understand, pause and response.

I benefited from it more than I thought I would. I liked the real-world approach to spirituality and the tools that help provide a structure to fall back on if/when I need it.
