Ann is the Founder of Integrō Formation and the host of the Becoming Me podcast. She is known for her warm personality, creative resourcefulness, incisive insight and forthrightness in communication. She has a knack for engaging audiences in both mind and heart about the interior life through her speaking, writing, and coaching.
Ann draws upon her inter-disciplinary knowledge and lived experience in philosophy, psychology, spirituality and pedagogy. She enjoys integrating contemplative spiritual wisdom with practical psychological insight to help interior journey pilgrims discover their unique path to an emotionally and spiritually integrated life of mission and service.
